You can see productions of Eve Ensler’s “The Vagina Monologues” at the University of Hartford on Friday and Saturday, or at Charter Oak Cultural Center, on Saturday (a rescheduled performance from Feb. 15).

 

The UHart performances are at 7:30 p.m., in the Auerbach Auditorium in Hillyer Hall, room 125. Admission is $3 for students and $5 general. Funds raised will benefit V-Day charity and the Sexual Assault Crisis Services organization. Sexy chocolates will be on sale.

 

Charter Oak’s performance also begins at 7:30 p.m. at 21 Charter Oak Ave., Hartford. Doors open at 7 p.m.  All tickets from the postponed Feb. 15 performance will be honored. There are a handful of seats available at the door. Proceeds benefit V-Day charity,  which raises money for groups working to end violence against women. Funds benefit My Sisters’ Place, Interval House and Connecticut TransAdvocacy Coalition. Information: www.charteroakcenter.org.
